How to Work with this Transmission
Use it like a meditation.
Prepare a sacred space
Light a candle and dedicate to your healing journey
Burn some incense
Sit or lay down and close your eyes
When the meditation is complete, allow yourself to stay in the stillness until the energy has finished moving through you.  
Drink lots of water
Do this healing activation at least 3 times with at least one day of rest between in the first week and then once a week for 3 weeks. 
While working with this healing, stay conscious that you are on a healing journey.  Refrain from bad habits and set the intention every day, that you are working with Thy Will, not my will.  
Always remember to have ample rest and do not overwhelm.
