Light Codes Meditation
Use the Light Codes like a meditation. Prepare your room by lighting a candle and burning incense. Set your intention to giving this time to you and block out any disturbances. That means turn off your phone, TV and allocate some Self-Love time to you. Dedicate a notebook to your meditation and light codes time. Find a comfortable place to sit or lay down. Make sure your spine is straight and do not cross your ankles unless you are sitting in lotus position. Take a few deep breaths and sign on the out breath. Turn on your light Codes below and close your eyes. When you have finished, journal your experience. Maybe you will have visions, or insights. By dedicating a special journal to your Light Codes meditations, it will help you to open to new deeper experiences. The more you commit this time to you, the more you will awaken. Enjoy....
